Chef’s Table Experience at La Zebra Hotel

I’m Eleazar Bonilla the Executive Chef at La Zebra Hotel. I fell in love with cooking from an early age and more specifically with the traditional recipes and techniques in Mexican cuisine. My father was a ‘tortillero’ and I grew up enjoying the best classic Mexican ‘antojitos’ served by my mum which inspired me to be a professional Chef. Throughout all my years of formal training I never lost my love for the traditional recipes and here in La Zebra I am able to share these recipes, the traditions and the love of sharing a meal around a table together.
